A Lifetime of Seeing: New York City to Santa Fe
Ann Bradford’s photography traces a lifelong search for the sacred within the ordinary. From her silver prints of 1970s New York City to the magical light of the American high desert, her images reveal faith, humor and the human need to find meaning among the often absurd but always beautiful world.
Ann Bradford Photography
A pioneer among women photographers in 1970s New York, Ann Bradford established herself with silver prints that captured the spirit and absurdity of life in light of everyday objects. Her work was exhibited at Castelli Graphics, collected by Leo Castelli, and featured in Print Magazine. A graduate of Yale University, where she earned her Master of Divinity, Bradford continues to explore the intersection of art and spirit from her studio in Santa Fe, creating photographs, paintings, and sculptures that reflect a lifetime of seeing.
